Pour tous les membres de la Communauté  des Ressources Educatives Libres (REL)  et de KC SMSI,

L'UNESCO et le Commonwealth of Learning organisent un Forum africain des politiques des REL à Prétoria, Afrique du Sud, du 21au 22 février 2012. Le Forum Afrique est l’un des six forums régionaux mondial qui   précède le Congrès  Mondial  REL 2012 qui aura lieu du 20 au 22 juin 2012, au Siège de l'UNESCO à Paris.

Nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir nous apporter votre aide pour identifier un nombre conséquent d'experts francophones REL/ praticiens ainsi que des représentants de gouvernement francophones qui ont développé des projets, adopté des politiques, ou montré un grand engagement dans l’adoption des politiques REL

Grâce au généreux soutien de la Fondation Hewlett (Etats-Unis), le Commonwealth of Learning pourrait être en mesure de fournir des fonds pour la communauté francophone d'experts / gouvernement représentatif choisi pour participer au Forum.

To all members of the Open Educational Resources (OER) Community on the WSIS KC,

Subject: Search for Francophone African OER Experts and Government representatives 

UNESCO and the Commonwealth of Learning are organizing an Africa OER Policy Forum in Pretoria, South Africa from 21 - 22 February. The Africa Forum is 1 of 6 worldwide regional Forums leading up to the 2012 World OER Congress from 20 - 22 June at UNESCO HQ in Paris.

We would greatly appreciate your help in identifying a good number of Francophone OER experts/practitioners as well as Francophone Government representatives that have developed drafts or actually enacted policies, or have shown great commitment to enacting OER Policies.

Through the generous support of the Hewlett Foundation (USA), the Comminwealth of Learning may be able to provide funding for the selected Francophone expert/Government representative to attend the Forum.
