Joined UNESCO in 2009, I am in charge of the WSIS outcomes implementation and follow-up. I did my internship at the ITU WSIS Secretariat for the 2nd Phase in 2005.

Samsung has just released a new smartphone for US$49!! Based on Microsoft's latest v7.5 Mango operating system, the phone is sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, comes with a long-lasting battery, a good amount of storage, and most importantly, full access to the Windows App marketplace. interesting panel, 3 International Organizations, 1 private sector, 1 Government - the multistakeholder set is almost there...civil society missing, I tried till the end but last minute withdrawal.
