ouch we screwed the protocol! an opening speech to close the presentations!
interesting panel, 3 International Organizations, 1 private sector, 1 Government - the multistakeholder set is almost there...civil society missing, I tried till the end but last minute withdrawal.
Anyway what is interesting is to see how the setting of the panel can sensibly change the dynamic of the debate and indeed the outcome.
