Yesterday participated about 50 stakeholders (10 remotely) in Geneva in the fifth phase of the open consultation on the UNGIS Draft Action Plan. This Draft Action Plan lays out the WSIS implementation review process towards 2015 and the revised version is accessible here. Yesterday participants agreed that all stakeholders are welcome to comment on the draft (discussion will be closed on 30 Sept.'11 to allow for publication of the Draft Action Plan on 5 Oct.).
