WSIS C8 Communication and Literary Translation
This is a platform made available through the WSIS website
While the emphasis is on communication, with stress on computers talking, and the resources and access to high speed lines, that emphasis needs to include literary translators as crucial in conveying cultures.
It will be interesting to see how many ngos take up this offer of a virtual tool.
