First name: Steve

Last name: Foerster

Briefly describe yourself:

educational technologist

Interests: open access, entrepreneurship, e-learning, oer

About me:

I blog and moderate a forum on distance learning issues for an educational consultancy called Education Dynamics.  I design and teach online IT and business courses for LCO Ojibwe Community College in Wisconsin, U.S.  And I'm an elected member of the Community Council of WikiEducator.

I hold a BS with a concentration in Information Systems from Charter Oak State College, an MA in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University, and am in the coursework phase of an EdD in International Higher Education through Northeastern University.

I have four school-age children.  My family and I alternate between Northern Virginia in the U.S. and the West Coast of Dominica in the Eastern Caribbean.

If that was insufficiently tedious, please see my web site for my blog, CV, and more about me.
