Gedaref digital city organization (GDCO) http://gedaref.com/ is NGO in Gedaref Sudan, established in partnership with The Digital City of Eindhoven (DSE) in Netherlands. GDCO is the founder of the first Telecentre academy in Africa and Middle East and the thirteen in world. GDCO is the winner of information for development (i4d) in 2007, 2008, 2009 e-India. it is the winner of eWorld 2011 award,The Digital City of Eindhoven (DSE), the well-known partner of GDCO in Netherlands donated 750 computers and more than ten projects established using ICT for community development and utilizing the public private partnership (PPT). These project include 1- e-agriculture 2- Speed up e-education including Gedaref university support, Telemedicine, out of schoolchildren and Sudan National Telecentre Academy. 3- Inclusion of persons with disability through ICT).
